Many of our products are built, assembled, or cut to size upon receipt of your order. Timber Products and Rustic Furniture that are in stock can usually be shipped within a week to ten days of receiving your order. Please contact us regarding other products. Upon receipt of your order we will also let you know when your order will be ready for shipping.
Once we have received your order, or upon inquiry, we will weigh and measure dimensions to determine the shipping options and charges. See below for more about various shipping options.
Sales tax will also be added to your final invoice.
We accept cash, business & personal checks. Payment can also be made with your bank account online through Intuit, with a link from our emailed invoice. We do not accept credit cards at this time.
Greenleaf offers you a number of shipping options depending on the size of your order and how quickly you need delivery. We ship most lumber and other large items by Motor Freight. Smaller items can be shipped by UPS or FedEx. Air freight can be used when speed is the priority, even on large items. Products such as nursery trees are generally not available for standard shipping, but are to be picked up by the customer at Greenleaf or delivered locally by Greenleaf at extra cost. However, if you have an unusual situation or distant location, please let us know.
