How  to Order

Have a question?

Trusses & Pavilions - design and connectors

Note:See left column for more options

The US Forest Products Lab roundwood demonstration grant required 30’ clear spans with 6” wood.  Our proposal went for a 32’ x 64’ pavilion.

Connections

Using custom metal brackets and GRK-RSS screws, connections join logs and posts.

GRK-RSS
(rugged structural screw)

These are used for attaching metal brackets and direct attachment of pole purlins.

Engineered brackets

Trusses combine triangles that can form large or small roof systems.   (SEE LEFT)

Trusses are built to outside dimensions, marked on the floor.   (SEE BELOW).

Greenleaf constructs roundwood trusses to order, and material packages for small and large pavilions. The Westcliffe Town Park Pavilion is pictured above.  Call us for a free quote.
