General Ordering Information:

Many of our products are built, assembled, or cut to size upon receipt of your order.  Timber Products and Rustic Furniture that are in stock can usually be shipped within a week to ten days of receiving your order.  Please contact us regarding other products.  Upon receipt of your order we will also let you know when your order will be ready for shipping.

Once we have received your order, or upon inquiry, we will weigh and measure your order and inform you of the shipping options and charges.  Please see our Shipping page to find out more about various shipping options.

Sales tax will also be added to your final invoice.
