Assembled versions are to be picked up at our factory or delivered locally, at extra cost. However, if you have an unusual situation or distant location, please let us know.
The customer is responsible for determining local building codes & obtaining permits needed for sheds & small cabins. We have found that many jurisdictions allow small sheds/cabins of 100-120 square feet without a permit.
*Insulation in walls, floors and roof, except in Round-Log Models, which are insulated in floor and roof only.
